Music in the Classroom
Jack Black energizing his 5th grade students in the popular film School of Rock was a powerful reminder of the powers of music. Chances are that if you’re a teacher, your approach to using or teaching music in your class may not be the same as in the film. So even if you’re short a couple of guitars or a drumset needed for the class band, there’s still no shortage of ways to engage students in the wonders of music. (more…)
