Pinterest For Educators to Win Popular Back-to-School Classroom Technology

Educators create “Classroom AV Wish List” pinboard on Pinterest for a chance to win a Califone prize package

Educators who share their inspiration for a dream classroom by creating their own “Classroom AV Wish List” board on Pinterest and pin one of four audio-related packages will be entered to win a prize of Califone products worth $4,000!

From Monday, August 27th and running through September 24th, 2012, educators are encouraged to follow Califone on Pinterest and then create their own board titled “Classroom AV Wish List.” Onto that board repin one of four available audio packages and in the comments of the image describe how that gear would help your students and add the hashtag #PinCalifone to the end of the post. After the board is complete, add a comment on the Califone contest pin of the prize you want to win with the URL to your inspiration board.

Learning with audio technology occurs in many different ways to help student learning and classroom needs. Since the inspirations and requirements are different for each, there are four available packages for contestants to choose from that best meets their needs.

Submissions will be evaluated by Califone based on the level of creativity and the effective use of audiovisual products. Winners will be announced by Friday, October 5th, 2012.

Contest description: The Califone Back to School Pinterest contest is sponsored by Califone International Inc., with its principal business located at 1145 Arroyo Avenue, #A, San Fernando, CA 91340. The contest will begin on August 27, 2012, and conclude on September 24, 2012. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official Contest rules.

Eligibility: To be eligible, an entrant must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, and be employed as a teacher, paraprofessional, librarian, library media specialist, technology specialist, or other similar role educating students at an elementary, middle or high school level. Entries from teams of people will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify ineligible entries.
