Califone has partnered with Church Executive magazine to offer “Hear The Word” essay contest in which two winners will each receive their own Assistive Listening System.
The contest offers church leaders the opportunity to submit a 250-word statement describing why your church deserves to win a Califone Assistive Listening System (ALS)! The two most compelling essays win! First place will be an expandable 10-Person Assistive Listening System valued at $2,400! Second place will win an expandable 4-person system valued at $350.
Assistive listening systems are used in houses of worship, auditoriums, lecture halls and schools. They can help individuals with special hearing needs as well as combat inadequate classroom acoustics and high levels of ambient noise by providing any number of listeners with an individual audio device for hearing what’s being said, thereby increasing engagement and achievement. Assistive listening systems can also be used for translation activities, and even for enhancing audio for tour groups.
Church Executive is the leading magazine for senior pastors, executive pastors and administrators at America’s largest churches and megachurches. The contest runs through September 30th, 2013.
