Califone has announced the appointment of Joshua Carpio as Marketing Coordinator.
Carpio will manage the Califone Bid Department. He will also actively support the company’s growing sales & marketing programs. He will report to marketing vice president Tim Ridgway.
“The most important we have is our people,” shared Ridgway. “I am excited about the skills Josh brings with him to increase the support Califone offers to our dealers and the larger education community. His ideas will compliment our existing wealth of institutional knowledge.”
Previously, Carpio served as an interactive marketing coordinator for the Hoag Health Network, a southern California coalition of hospitals, urgent care & health care centers. He has also held positions as a public relations assistant at a leading public relations firm and a Marketing Assistant at a full-service marketing and communications agency. A southern California native, Carpio holds a Bachelors degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Vanguard University of Southern California. He is currently working towards a professional certification in Marketing at the UCLA Extension Program.
