Product Developer

Califone International, Inc., a division of School Specialty, Inc., is seeking a Product Developer to join our innovative team. Essential functions will include identifying trends and market requirements, creating product ideas and specifications, forecasting product sales, monitoring competitor activities, collaboration with engineering, working with off-shore manufacturers, monitoring costs and delivering on plans.

Job qualifications include:

3 years of product development experience
Strong creative skills
