A: No. All of the USB headphones and headsets that Califone makes integrate the USB plug into the cord, not as an attachment. They are also "plug and play" compatible so there's no tedious pre-loading of software necessary.
A: There are no ¼” plug adapters available for Califone headsets. There are stereo headsets for use with computers that only come with either a 3.5mm plug or a USB plug. The 3064 and 3066 are available in both and the 4100 only as a USB headset. The 2964AV is a monaural headset for use with the Califone CardMaster™ that has two ¼” plugs. A: Califone headphones are available in silver, blueberry or beige, depending upon what headphone you need. The 3060-series are available in all 3 colors. The 2924AVP, 2924AVPS and 3064AV headset come in both beige and blueberry. However, the color-themed Listening First™ headphones come in blue, red and yellow. The 3068AV is only available in black. The SA-740 and NC500TFC in silver.
A: The USB Headsets feature three LED lights on the In-line control as easy-to-see indicators for the users. The bigger LED light at the base of the In-line control indicates headset power on/off; the top small LED light signifies microphone on/off; and the small LED light in the middle flashes when data is transmitting.
A: No. There is no need to download any drivers for the 3064AV headset to function with computers as it is simple “plug and play” operation. Click here to ensure your headset works properly.

A: Yes. All of the Califone USB Headsets (3064-USB, 3066-USB, and 4100-USB) feature the in-line microphone on/off switch as well as the volume and mute controls.
A: The In-line volume control on the Multimedia Stereo Headset 3064AV or 3064AVBL controls the headphone volume for listening comfort. The microphone volume is controlled by the setting on the computer.
A: The four buttons on the In-line control of our USB Headsets (3064-USB, 3066-USB, and 4100-USB) are for the following functions: microphone on/off switch, volume controls up and down, and mute.
