As the number of computers being used within classrooms continues to increase, your headsets need to keep up! This ten-pack of 3066AV headsets is ideal for mobile applications such as on AV carts, computers-on-wheels (COW), or when you need to safely pack them up after lessons for the day are finished.
Our most rugged headset, the 3066AV has an ambient noise-reducing microphone and earcups to help filter out external distractions, keeping students on task. The 3066AV is also for language learning, VoIP uses, gaming, and for use in computer labs and other multimedia applications.
Durable ABS plastic earcups
In-line volume control
Adjustable, padded headband with replaceable foam-filled ear cushions
Around-ear ambient noise-reducing earcups deliver maximum protection against exterior sounds (without added electronic circuitry and expense). This reduces the need to increase the volume (protecting the ears) and helps keep students on task.

Teacher Report
“We use the Deluxe Headsets for our Middle and High School foreign language labs and are more than pleased with them. The flexible mic is critical for our application and because the wires don’t pull out, it makes them far more durable than items from three other manufacturers we’ve tried.
They are simply more appropriate for what we do as educators. If you work with kids, it’s just a better product.” Sandy Buffaloe Tech Center Faculty Harvard Westlake School Los Angeles, CA
A: The software within your computer may not be recognizing the 3066-USB headset. If this is the case, you'll simply need to download a software upgrade (Windows Service Pack 2) which has the USB 2.0 updates that will help your computer recognize the 3066-USB headset.
A: The 3066AV headset does not require batteries as it is simple plug and play with its dual 3.5mm headphone plugs. Read more about how you can ensure your headset is working properly.

A: Depending on the program being used, first select an audio format setting that will work best with your configuration. When using the Windows® Sound Recorder program you can select different Audio Format settings under properties in the File section. The 12.000 khz, 16 bit, stereo audio format has proven to be successful. This setting eliminates the static noise on your 3066-USB headset when playing back the recording.
A: After reimaging it looks like the system is missing up to date USB drivers. Try downloading an updated USB driver. You can find a driver in our website on the bottom of the 3066AV page.
A: The difference between a headphone and a headset is a headphone is used only for listening and a headset can be used for listening and capturing audio responses (used by many language/reading programs). Put another way, a headset is a headphone with a microphone attached to it.
A: Once you connect the 3066AV headset to the computer you will be prompted to select whether you want to use a line-in input or mic input. Select mic input and that will connect the microphone part.
A: Yes. Both the 3066AV and 3066USB deluxe stereo headsets have replaceable leatherette earpads – model EP2924. Please contact our Customer Service Dept for assistance.
A: First make sure both of the 3066AV 3.5mm plugs are connected to the computer as one is for the headphone part of the headset and the other for the boom microphone. If the problem persists, please contact our tech support dept.
