A: If the RF and power lights are blinking on the PA-10 PA Pro, try replacing the batteries, checking the volume level on the transmitter and lastly try replacing the LM319 mic.
A: The lapel mic that is included with the PA Pro is the only available mic that can plug into its beltpack transmitter. There are no wires that it can connect to.
A: The only difference between the two PA Pro™ is the frequency. We offer two different frequencies so in the situations where you need more than one unit to manage various groups within 100 feet of distance, there won’t be interference.
A: Yes, you may purchase a replacement battery for your PA Pro™ by contacting our Customer Service Dept. Installation is simple and only requires the use of a screwdriver.
A: The PA-10 has a compartment in back that stores both the AC power adapter and the transmitter. Please check this compartment as all PA-10 units are shipped with these items already stored.
A: If you are using its battery, it may have simply run out of power and needs to be recharged. Check the battery on your PA system and recharge unit overnight. If the problem persists, please contact our Tech Support Dept.
