Audio equipment needs to be rugged and dependable whether it's used inside or outdoors, portable or installed, hooked up to a computer, projector, media player, or is needed for straight forward voice amplification. This is especially true in school environments where both students and faculty use the equipment for a variety of purposes, placing a premium on flexibility of the PA. Schools and districts trust the PresentationPro for these very reasons.
The PresentationPro is designed for quick and easy set-up so you don't have to have an engineering degree to operate it. For vocal reinforcement, it accepts a 16-channel wireless (with a choice of handheld or hands-free with a beltpack transmitter) microphone and two wired mics at the same time for multiple presenters.
With an increasing number of schools installing projectors and interactive whiteboards into classrooms on a district-wide basis, there are connectors to simply plug in and go with high-quality sound which will engage all of your students. And with an increasing number of audio-related technologies used in classrooms such as videos and podcasting, having a good speaker in the classroom is essential.

“We use our PA300+UHF all over because it's portable, which is one of the features we like about it. We regularly use it about outside, in the fellowship hall and in the church occasionally. I like that it comes with the hands-free collar microphone. We purchased it because it was highly recommended to us. It helps us out a lot because you don't have to shout and you can talk normal since it projects voices nicely.” Bob Reisenbichler Principal St. Mark's Lutheran Church & School Milford, OH
A: The answer depends on whether or not the PA is equipped to work with multiple mics. For a PA to work with a wireless mic, it must have a built-in receiver to capture the message from the microphone.
Some PAs (such as the PowerPro) have two built-in mic receivers, so two wireless mics can be used by presenters at the same time. Since each receiver is set to a different channel, there's no accidental crosstalk or interference between the two mics.
If two wireless mics are used with a PA that's equipped with only a single mic receiver, it can't differentiate between the two signals and the resulting sound would be a garbled, unintelligible mixture.
A: The Wireless PresentationPro™ only has one wireless receiver so only one wireless microphone can be used with it at a given time. However, you can connect the wireless audio system receiver using an RCA cable to add a second receiver for use with an additional wireless microphone.
A: You would need on one side a male connector that would fit on the headphone stereo jack and a ¼ inch male stereo plug, on the other end of the cable, to connect to the AUX IN jack or two male RCA connectors that would connect to the right and left LINE IN RCA plugs on the PA300+.
A: The PA-300 Plus is a wired speaker and is not compatible with any wireless microphone. If you want to have wireless capability in a portable PA, your best option is to purchase the PA319 wireless speaker. It has the capability to use your choice of a wireless microphone handheld mic (Q319) or hands-free microphones with beltpack transmitter. You can also use a wired mic at the same time as the Califone wireless mic with your PA319. You can then purchase a separate external receiver and microphone from an electronics store so you can use 2 wireless microphones simultaneously.
A: Yes. Califone Array Speakers PI39 and PI30-PS, and the PresentationPro™ series PA systems can be connected to your whiteboard, LCD Projector, computer, or other media players.
A: The non-powered PA319 speaker is 30 watts and uses AC as its power source. The PA159 is a 15 watt, battery-powered UHF speaker. Both speakers have 16 frequency channels that enable them to be used as wireless receivers from the PA919 and PA919SD as well as with other PA319/PA159 by receiving from the same wireless mic – providing extra speaker support.
A: The difference between these two speakers in the Presentation Pro series is that the PA300+ is a wired speaker and the PA319 is a wireless version. It also shares the same common frequencies as all the rest of the line of Califone UHF speakers and can be used with them for additional wireless support.
A: Check to make sure that both the M319 transmitter and the receiver on the PA319 speaker are on the same frequency channel. If problem persists, please contact our Tech Support Dept.
A: Yes. The RC-300 remote control is included with every Califone® UHF speaker except the PA919SP non-powered support speaker, the PA919PS powered speaker, the PL-19 lectern, and the PI39 series array speakers.
A: No. The PA-300 PLUS is a wired only, non-UHF speaker. The M319 belt-pack transmitter and LM319 lapel mic will work with any Califone® UHF speaker, including the PA319 wireless speaker. It is important to make sure the belt-pack transmitter and receiving speaker are set to the same UHF channel.
