This desktop charger supports wireless transmitters and receivers within the Assistive Listening WS-series of products. It charges up to four units at a time and can be daisy-chained with two other WS-CH chargers to recharge up to a total of twelve units. The power adapter (WS-CHP) for this must be purchased separately.

A: No they are different ones since each handles a different power requirement. Since the Cradle (WS-CR) charges only a single unit, it handles a lower amount of power. The 4-position charger (WS-CH) can charge up to 4 units (any combinination of the WS-T and WS-R) and deals with more power, so it has to be designed differently.
A: The Cradle for the Wireless Transmitter or Receivers a stand-alone charger and cannot be daisy chained to the WS-CH Wireless Audio System Charger. However, the WS-CH can daisy chain to other WS-CH chargers.
