Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. The materials are described as clearly and accurately as we know how. If any item does not fully meet your expectation in every way, you may return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund. Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Please note items returned must have PRIOR CALIFONE AUTHORIZATION before shipping (items sent without prior authorization may be refused.) Please call us toll free at 800-722-0500 and ask for the Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise for return and service will only be accepted by Califone under the following conditions:

Please use the Original Shipping box and Packing Material when returning defective products back to Califone or our Service Center. If you do not have the Original Shipping box or Packing Materials, Please use Bubble Wrap or Foam Peanuts to insure that the products does not get damaged while in transit.

  1. Purchaser must first call Califone in San Fernando, California for an authorization number which MUST appear on the outside of each carton returned.
  2. All return shipments must be prepaid. Freight collect shipments will be returned to sender.
  3. Units returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
