Please use the Original Shipping box and Packing Material when returning defective products back to Califone or our Service Center. If you do not have the Original Shipping box or Packing Materials, Please use Bubble Wrap or Foam Peanuts to insure that the products does not get damaged while in transit.
- Purchaser must first call Califone in San Fernando, California for an authorization number which MUST appear on the outside of each carton returned.
- All return shipments must be prepaid. Freight collect shipments will be returned to sender.
- Units returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
