All service and repair issues for Califone products are handled directly by Califone and our Authorized Distribution Centers. Within the United States, all service and repair issues for Califone products are handled directly by Califone Incorporated at our facility in San Fernando, CA. Please contact us directly for service for items outside the United States and Canada.
Customers must contact Califone within 30 days from receipt of products to arrange for a return shipment pick-up at no charge. If more than 30 days have passed, customers are responsible for the return product shipment.
Please note items returned must have PRIOR CALIFONE AUTHORIZATION before shipping (items sent without prior authorization may be refused.)

Only authorized Califone Service Departments can modify Califone products to suit your specific needs. All prices INCLUDE return shipment via UPS Ground. Califone does reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping upgrades. C.O.D. shipments will incur an additional handling charge.
If a repair estimate is required, Califone must receive a response and payment within 30 days. All open estimates over 30 days will be returned as is.
