Service

All service and repair issues for Califone products are handled directly by Califone and our Authorized Distribution Centers. Within the United States, all service and repair issues for Califone products are handled directly by Califone Incorporated at our facility in San Fernando, CA. Please contact us directly for service for items outside the United States and Canada.

Customers must contact Califone within 30 days from receipt of products to arrange for a return shipment pick-up at no charge. If more than 30 days have passed, customers are responsible for the return product shipment.

Please note items returned must have PRIOR CALIFONE AUTHORIZATION before shipping (items sent without prior authorization may be refused.)

Service Modifications

Only authorized Califone Service Departments can modify Califone products to suit your specific needs. Whether you need your wired microphone cable lengthened or your UHF wireless system modified, the Califone Service Department is up to the task. All prices INCLUDE return shipment via UPS Ground. Califone does reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping upgrades. C.O.D. shipments will incur an additional handling charge.

If a repair estimate is required, Califone must receive a response and payment within 30 days. All open estimates over 30 days will be returned as is.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks. For fastest turnaround time, include your credit card type, name on the card, account number, and date of expiration with your repair.

Replacement Parts

Most replacement parts (and many accessories) for Califone products are available through our Service Department, including selected replacement styli (needles) for phonograph cartridges.
